How it Works

Matterport scans a 3D model that prospective buyers can walk through a property without leaving their house. We come to the property and do a scan of the property every 6ft of every room that you’d like to highlight. Before we arrive the space need to be clean and uncluttered. Uncluttered means everything need to be off countertops, tables and any other surface. The goal here is to make the interior of the home appeal to he prospective buyer without distraction of personal items. Once the scan is complete we will provide the completed scan within 24hours.
